Our science-based design was created to allow the water lofting system to minimize droplet collision. This design sends the droplets on a well-formed trajectory path, which allows the droplets to shrink in flight rather than drying out completely. RWI’s unique air foil design creates an air flow that minimizes energy consumption. We have both land and pond-based systems to enhance the sun’s natural evaporation. Depending on your pond size, water quality, and geographical location, we will help you determine the best solution to solve your problem.
RWI is able to mitigate environmental contamination by controlling the dry aerosol drift commonly associated with the higher horsepower evaporators. We designed our evaporators with critical velocity control preventing the formation of daughter particles. By preventing the formation of daughter particles, we minimize the pollutants released into the air. This allows the water droplet to not dry out in flight or loose control of the contaminants. The water droplet shrinks in flight concentrating the particulate matter thus returning the remaining contaminants into the impoundment area.
